This full-time, contract opportunity serves K-12 students, providing expert support and direct services to help children achieve their physical goals in a welcoming and inclusive educational setting. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse learners as you travel between a few nearby campuses, collaborating closely with educators and other specialists.
Desired Experience & Skills:
Valid Physical Therapist license Experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and development of effective therapy plans Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to travel between multiple campus locations during the school week Clear and professional communication with staff, students, and families
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for K-12 students onsite Assess students' physical needs and document progress on goals Collaborate with teachers, occupational and speech therapists, and parents/guardians to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEPs Travel to assigned school locations as needed in the region Maintain accurate records and adhere to district and legal guidelines Enjoy a supportive contract position offering $60-$70/hr. as you help students build strength, achieve functional independence, and thrive in their daily school experiences.
