ROLES/ RESPONSIBILIES
The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care, including evaluations, assessments, and treatments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to guide treatment decisions Perform various therapeutic techniques, such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
EXPERIANCE
New Grads are encouraged to apply Experience working with geriatric patients is preferred but not required Proficient in conducting evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Skilled in various therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members Familiar with EMAR system

Physical requirements of bending, squatting, twisting, stair climbing, walking, sitting, standing, lifting, and carrying items up to 35 lbs. Ability to use equipment and techniques to safely assist patients to transfer, move in and out of bed and ambulate. Duties require frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
