The PT is responsible to provide services to children in their homes located in San Diego Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Assist children with activities of that promotes gross motor development. Provide education and training to families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home programs to reinforce progress. Experience Experience working with children with disabilities, or developmental delays. Must have a CA PT license. New Grads are welcome.
