Position OverviewBody Flow Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Garden Grove, California.

As an onsite therapist, you will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, collaborating to create tailored treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister comprehensive physical therapy treatments under the guidance of licensed physical therapists, utilizing advanced modalities and manual techniques.

Guide patients through structured exercise regimens tailored to their rehabilitation goals, including strengthening, flexibility, and balance exercises.

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, and regularly observe their progress before, during, and after therapy sessions, documenting findings accurately.

Utilize assistive devices and equipment, such as walkers and canes, to enhance patient mobility and independence.

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, self-care techniques, and preventative measures to ensure continued progress after therapy.

Mentor and offer support to junior staff and interns in technical skills, fostering a culture of learning and sharing best practices.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the facility and its patients.

Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions.

Your efforts will directly improve the quality of care and recovery trajectories for patients seeking to regain function and reduce pain.

The holistic approach emphasized at Body Flow means you will take into account the physical, emotional, and social aspects of recovery to provide comprehensive support.

QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (CA PTA) license.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective patient interactions and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in orthopedic rehabilitation and familiarity with evidence-based treatment protocols.

Proficiency in using various rehabilitation modalities and therapeutic devices.

A track record of successfully contributing to patient rehabilitation outcomes and satisfaction.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is between USD 50,000 and 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
