We are looking for a compassionate, motivated clinician to provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to patients of all ages. Experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions is preferred. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Communicate and collaborate with the physician regarding patient progress and plan of care Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered treatment environment Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent) Active California Physical Therapist license Current BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with outpatient physical therapy is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Job Details Part-time, 2-3 days per week
