Job Description

Change Sports Physical Therapy Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team as a clinical leader within our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys high-quality hands-on care, mentoring support staff, and helping grow a clinic through excellent patient outcomes and strong team culture. Our clinics serve a wide range of patients—from competitive youth athletes to active adults and geriatric patients —and we pride ourselves on delivering personalized care with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and movement restoration. Responsibilities Clinical Care Manage a full outpatient caseload of 16-18 patients per day within an 8-hour shift Provide high-level manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation Treat a diverse patient population including youth athletes, orthopedic patients, and older adults Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes and functional improvement Clinic Leadership Work with and supervise the Lead Aide to coordinate scheduling of aides and support staff Help maintain efficient clinic flow and strong patient experience Serve as a positive culture leader for both staff and patients Support training and development of aides and junior staff Participate in a team culture focused on growth, excellence, and patient-centered outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Minimum 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience Demonstrated ability to manage clinical schedule Strong manual therapy skills Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills Ability to lead support staff and collaborate with team members Passion for delivering personalized, high-quality patient care Preferred (but not required) Advanced training in manual therapy (IPA, Maitland, or similar programs) Experience working with athletes or active populations What We Value At Change Sports PT, our core philosophy is Care Before Cure. OSC Pay:
$85,000.00
  • $100,000.
