Join a Growing Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice We are looking for a motivated, licensed Physical Therapist to join our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic in Huntington Beach, CA. Position Highlights Part-time position Competitive compensation Percentage ownership opportunity for the right candidate Established referral network and steady patient volume Collaborative, supportive team This is a non-benefited position. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and functional movement conditions Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and team members Help maintain a positive, patient-focused clinic environment Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Ability to manage a busy patient schedule while delivering outstanding care Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Interest in leadership, practice growth, and future ownership Why Join Us?
