Join a Growing PT-Owned Practice Koah Health is a growing, PT-owned outpatient physical therapy and wellness practice in Huntington Beach specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health rehabilitation. We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and excited to help shape the future of a growing practice. Our approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programming, movement retraining, and patient education to help people move better and return to the activities they love. We treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, TMJ, hypermobility, and pelvic health. Pelvic health experience is welcomed but not required. We provide mentorship and training for clinicians who are interested in expanding into this specialty. Why You'll Love Working at Koah Health Full-time or part-time opportunities available Maximum of 2 patients per hour Collaborative team model with highly trained rehabilitation aides Diverse orthopedic and pelvic health caseload Freedom to utilize your clinical reasoning and treatment style within a collaborative environment Opportunity to incorporate manual therapy, individualized exercise, movement retraining, and patient education into every treatment session Mentorship and professional development in pelvic health Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding PT-owned practice What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional movement training, and patient education Treat a diverse orthopedic caseload with opportunities to evaluate and treat pelvic health patients Collaborate with PTAs and rehabilitation aides to deliver an exceptional patient experience Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation Complete documentation using Jane App Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture while helping shape the continued growth of the practice Who We're Looking For Current California Physical Therapist license Passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered care Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills Interest in hands-on manual therapy combined with active rehabilitation Interest in treating both orthopedic and pelvic health patients Pelvic health experience is a plus but not required Desire to continue learning through mentorship and professional development Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on availability and clinic needs Opportunity for increased hours as the practice continues to grow Benefits Flexible scheduling Mentorship and professional development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding practice Additional benefits available for full-time employees
