Enjoy autonomy with strong administrative and clinical backing 401(k) Benefits Meaningful One-on-One Patient Care in the comfort of patients' homes Service Areas We are actively hiring clinicians throughout: Temecula Murrieta Wildomar Lake Elsinore Menifee Sun City Winchester Hemet Position Overview As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will: Provide individualized, one-on-one therapy services in patients' homes Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed Educate patients and caregivers to maximize outcomes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Qualifications Doctorate or Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of clinical Physical Therapy experience Home Health experience preferred Active California Physical Therapist License Valid California Driver's License Current CPR certification Current TB test and Professional Liability Insurance Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Schedule Choose your own hours Flexible weekday and weekend opportunities available Work location: On the road / patient homes

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
