Type:
full-time We are seeking a Hand Therapist , CHT preferable, to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient's functional abilities in daily activities. Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards. Adapt therapy techniques based on patient response and feedback, ensuring a person-centered approach. Make a custom Orthosis when required.
Skills:
Excellent patient care skills according to research and practice by experienced Orthopedic Therapists with a focus on empathy and support.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Proven patient care skills with a focus on rehabilitation Experience in developing and implementing care plans Fabrication of custom orthosis is a requirement Knowledge of Spanish is ideal but not required Occupational Therapy License Masters degree
