$70-$75/hour + full benefits
Travel/PRN:

What You'll Do:
Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders Supervise PTAs and support staff in patient care activities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on patient progress and outcomes Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and rehab meetings Train staff and caregivers on maintenance and restorative programs Ensure accurate, timely documentation per state and regulatory guidelines Assist with ordering adaptive and durable medical equipment Maintain therapy equipment and report any issues
What We're Looking For:
