PTA:

• Follow PT Plan of care and report to supervising PT
• Perform appropriate therapeutic intervention to achieve the patient's maximum function and independence to relieve pain
• Develop home exercises program
• Maintain communication with the staff, PT, MD, agency in regards to the status of the patient including implementation of treatment plan, changes in status, and discharge from care Position details:
