Total Compensation Approximately $106,750•160,000 total annual compensation (Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment)

Base Salary:

$95,000•115,000 (DOE) Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000 Benefits $1,500 annual CEU allowance Unlimited MedBridge subscription 3 weeks PTO (21 days) + paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

options License reimbursement Short-term & long-term disability Employee referral bonus program Flexible scheduling (3•or 4-day workweek options) Tolls reimbursement for commuters Mentorship and professional development for all levels Visa & green card sponsorship available at select clinics About the Morgan Hill Clinic Our Morgan Hill outpatient orthopedic clinic provides personalized, evidence-based PT with a strong emphasis on: Manual therapy Functional rehabilitation Pre•& post-operative care Orthopedic and sports-related injuries Spine rehab, work injury rehab, ASTYM, and dry needling You'll join a collaborative and encouraging team with access to clinical residencies, mentorship, and leadership development. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and design individualized plans of care Deliver hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic treatment Document all treatment, progress, and discharge planning in the EMR Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and leadership Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process Participate in team meetings, CE, and mentorship activities Maintain compliance with all payer, state, and federal requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active or eligible California PT license Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care New graduates are encouraged to apply About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is part of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) — a clinician-led organization supporting over 250 clinics across 16 states.
