Job Description

We operate on a cash-based model, which eliminates the typical administrative burden and productivity pressure of insurance-based practices. This model allows our therapists to provide 1-hour, one-on-one patient care exclusively, with a full-time caseload limited to approximately 28 patients per week.
Salary range from:
$105k-$175k 401K Program Unlimited continuing education funds. Call for phone screen to be considered Chris at 281-817-4329 We are seeking a proven manual physical therapy-based clinician with a significant background in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Please note that we are exclusively seeking candidates with this specific outpatient orthopedic experience; candidates from home health or skilled nursing backgrounds will not be a clinical fit for our environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements Manual Therapy Expertise:
Your practice must be heavily manual-based, requiring you to spend 50% or more of your session time delivering hands-on manual therapy. Commitment to
Growth:
We look for dedicated learners who demonstrate an active commitment to continuous professional growth, evidenced by completing at least two physical therapy continuing education classes per year in the last two years (with at least one or two of those being a manual therapy-focused class).
Certifications:
A strong preference for candidates who possess, or are actively pursuing, advanced manual therapy certifications such as CFMT, FAAOMPT, or COMT.
Patient Success:
Proficiency in patient retention and development is essential. You must be able to maintain patients on their schedule, attract new patients, and secure referrals from existing patients.
