Physical Therapist (PT) Medical Hill Healthcare Center Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Starting at $64/hour Join Our In-House Rehabilitation Team Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Responsibilities include:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence. Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy professionals, residents, and families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and support positive rehabilitation outcomes. Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment. Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
