Position Summary The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides therapy services, implements treatment plans, and documents student progress under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with each student's plan of care. ? Minimum Requirements + Current Certification/Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of California + One (1) Year of Professional Therapy Experience Preferred + Compliance with All Relevant Professional Standards of Practice + Current CPR Certification (if applicable) + TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable) + Current Health Certificate (per Contract or State Regulation) + Must Meet All Federal, State, and Local Requirements + Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age •?
