Developing comprehensive treatment plans and securing physician approvals to restore resident mobility.Direct Intervention:
Delivering high-quality therapeutic care tailored to personalized resident goals.Mentorship:
Providing clinical supervision for Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and guiding our restorative nursing team.Integrated Care:
Playing a pivotal role in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Reviews to ensure holistic care.Documentation Excellence:
Maintaining meticulous records in full compliance with the PT Board and third-party payer requirements.Discharge Empowerment:
Facilitating safe transitions home through caregiver training and recommendations for essential medical equipment (walkers, braces, etc.).Benefits & Perks Exceptional Starting Rate:

A current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of California.Mindset:
