In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Whether working in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive patient care that promotes recovery and independence.
