Physical Therapist provides individualized care to help patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life in a collaborative rehabilitation setting. This full‑time role supports a multidisciplinary team in delivering evidence‑based interventions and fostering patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and goals. Perform comprehensive assessments and administer evidence‑based interventions. Promote functional mobility, strength, balance, gait, endurance, and independence through tailored care plans. Provide safe, compassionate care across all age groups. Complete accurate, timely documentation for evaluations, sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans. Assign and supervise PTAs and rehab aides to support efficient patient care. Review and update treatment plans for patients served by support staff. Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention. Assist with orientation of new employees, volunteers, and supervise PT students and PTA students during clinical affiliations. Assume Charge Therapist responsibilities as needed. Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals. Adhere to safety policies, regulatory standards, and professional practice guidelines.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current California Physical Therapist License or eligibility for California licensure. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers certification through the American Heart Association. Strong knowledge of evidence‑based physical therapy practices and patient‑centered care. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Previous Physical Therapist experience not required; new graduates encouraged to apply.
