Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) Lead Our Growing Outpatient Program at Pacific Coast Post-Acute Are you a Physical Therapist who thrives in an orthopedic or neurological outpatient setting? Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas is expanding its clinical reach, and we are seeking a visionary Outpatient Physical Therapist to lead our growing community-based program. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level, one-on-one rehabilitation within a premier post-acute center that functions as a true hub of clinical excellence.

Salinas, CA (Serving the beautiful Monterey County community)
Compensation:
$58 .00 -$ 70.00+ per hour (DOE)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Outpatient Evaluations:
Perform comprehensive assessments for community-based patients, identifying biomechanical deficits and functional limitations.
Evidence-Based Treatment:
Design and implement specialized care plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neurological rehabilitation.
Program Growth:
Collaborate with the Director of Rehab to enhance the program's community presence and referral network.
Expert Documentation:
Maintain precise, compliant documentation for outpatient billing and long-term progress tracking. Benefits (Full-Time Employees):

Qualifications:
Licensure:
Current, valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Experience:
Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine setting is preferred.
