Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - PT Job Type Contract Make a rewarding impact on students' lives by providing physical therapy services to preschool through 3rd-grade learners on a part-time contract basis. This opportunity, conveniently located near San Carlos, CA, is ideal for an experienced California-licensed Physical Therapist (CA PT) seeking a flexible schedule and the satisfaction that comes from supporting young learners as they grow. In this role, you'll work two days per week, offering skilled therapy services to a small caseload of 13 students. While the majority of the caseload attends three area elementary schools, one student is based at a non-public school, giving you a varied and engaging work environment. Based on current direct minutes, you'll spend approximately 6.25 hours weekly delivering therapy, assessments, and consultative support, with travel time considered in your schedule.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid California Physical Therapist license (CA PT) Previous experience delivering PT services in school or pediatric settings is highly valued Proficiency in conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and documenting progress Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and school teams Experience with caseload management and supporting IEP goals
