Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. This diverse patient population requires tailored treatment approaches, ensuring that each individual receives personalized, effective care that addresses their specific challenges and goals. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation principles. Hold an active California Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one prior to starting the position. Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each patient's unique needs. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently engage and motivate patients throughout their therapy journey. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a preference for those who have worked within an outpatient setting.
