What you bring:

Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in California Experience delivering PT services in schools or pediatric settings Strong understanding of IEP goals, documentation practices, and compliance Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams, students, and families Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Flexibility to travel between nearby sites as needed What you'll do: Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across multiple schools in support of IEP goals Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to state and district standards Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student participation in school activities Adapt interventions to the needs of diverse student populations and school environments Participate in IEP meetings, provide input on accommodations, and contribute to educational strategies Share expertise with school personnel to foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students Imagine working in a supportive district environment where your expertise empowers students to reach their goals.
