  • 2900/week Overview We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate contract opportunity in Victorville.
This role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in patient recovery and well-being across inpatient, outpatient, hospital, and home health environments. Duties Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual conditions Provide expert physiotherapy interventions across diverse clinical settings including acute care, geriatrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, and community care Perform discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home or community environments Deliver specialized treatments such as trigger point therapy and physiotherapy techniques based on physiology and anatomy knowledge Document patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed medical terminology records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and health maintenance practices Qualifications Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in inpatient, outpatient, hospital, or home health settings with strong patient care skills Knowledge of care plans, discharge procedures, and acute care protocols Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology for accurate documentation Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and community-based patients Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy relevant to physiotherapy practices Additional skills such as trigger point therapy or sports physiotherapy are a plus Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively Join us now for this urgent opportunity to impact lives through expert physiotherapy!
