Job Description

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist supporting students throughout public and charter schools near beautiful Seaside, CA. This full-time travel assignment offers you the chance to impact students lives across various school settings while advancing your career alongside other dedicated professionals.
What Youll Do:
Provide comprehensive PT services to students in elementary, middle, or high school settings Conduct evaluations and deliver direct therapy tailored to students individual needs Complete timely and thorough IEP documentation and monitor progress to ensure positive student outcomes Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, special education staff, teachers, and families Foster mobility, encourage participation, and promote access for students in diverse school environments Adhere to California state and district-specific regulations and guidelines
What Were Looking For:
Valid California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) Prior experience in pediatric or school-based PT preferred Skilled in working with diverse student populations and various disabilities Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities Flexibility to travel and adapt to multiple school sites as required This contract role features weekly pay and an array of benefits for the qualified physical therapist.
