Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. This role requires expertise in assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance recovery and improve quality of life. Duties Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, to alleviate pain and promote healing. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from therapy to home or other care settings. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress using appropriate medical terminology. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Experience in acute care settings, outpatient clinics, or pediatrics is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of patient care systems and discharge planning processes. Proficient in medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
