Club Xcite is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based opening in the Thousand Oaks, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person role supporting students in educational settings across various districts and grade levels.
Schedule:
30 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Setting:
On site, school-based Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct physical therapy services aligned with student IEP goals Support student mobility, posture, strength, balance, and access to the educational environment Conduct physical therapy assessments and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Consult with school staff regarding orthopedic, mobility, and environmental access needs Recommend, monitor, and support adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs Train school staff on transfers, positioning, mobility supports, and body mechanics Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school-based and state requirements Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Required Qualifications Active California Physical Therapy license Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Experience working with students or youth in school-based, pediatric, or clinical settings Ability to work onsite (no remote roles)
Preferred Qualifications:
