Position Overview Motion Masters Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our team in Tracy, California. This is a full-time, onsite position within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center focused on enhancing patients' physical resilience and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care and excellence in therapeutic techniques. Work Environment The work environment at Motion Masters is highly collaborative, fostering an atmosphere of professional growth and engagement. The treatment center is equipped with modern rehabilitation technology and tools, enabling therapists to execute effective therapy plans. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life structure. You will utilize various systems and methodologies, including evidence-based practices and outcome tracking to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive initial assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories, identifying functional limitations, and discussing personal goals to develop personalized care plans. Creating individualized treatment strategies that incorporate educational elements, progressive exercise regimens, and manual therapy techniques tailored to each patient's journey. Actively engaging patients in their rehabilitation process, providing guidance to ensure alignment with their treatment goals, and adapting care strategies based on their feedback. Implementing and monitoring treatment protocols, ensuring documentation of services provided and patient progress to maintain accuracy and compliance. Collaborating with other health professionals within our rehabilitation center to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of patients. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This includes individuals seeking rehabilitation post-ACL surgeries, joint replacements, or those managing pain-related issues. Our approach emphasizes personal engagement, advocacy for preventive care, and ensuring a supportive environment for patient recovery. Qualifications To qualify for this position, candidates must possess: A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Current licensure in the State of California as a Physical Therapist. A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board actions against the license. Preferred Experience Along with the basic qualifications, we highly value: A minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, demonstrating a solid foundation in treatment techniques and patient care. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and conduct effective exercise regimens that cater to individual patient needs. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 90,000
to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
