We are actively hiring Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) across multiple locations. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health settings to provide exceptional patient care. Duties Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services based on clinical needs. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Support patients in achieving maximum functional independence and quality of life. Requirements Current and active PT, OT, OTA, or SLP license in the applicable state. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, Outpatient, Home Health, Acute Care, or Hospital settings is preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
