Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. Duties Conduct comprehensive physical examinations to evaluate patients' conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs Administer physical therapy interventions, such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities Educate patients on self-care techniques and home exercise programs Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
