Role:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0-18) . You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.
Compensation & Scheduling:
Competitive Pay:
$70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for
Full-Time Start of Care Visits:
Up to $120 per SOC visit
Full-Time Availability:
25+ visits per week,
Part-Time Availability:
10+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy that supports developmental milestones and functional mobility Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations Why Join Amazing Care?
