Position Summary OrthoVirginia is seeking a motivated Hand Therapist - open to all experience levels - to join our orthopedic team. This role delivers focused evaluation and treatment for hand and upper‑extremity conditions, following physician referral and an individualized Plan of Care. You'll support patients through post‑operative recovery, preventive care, conservative treatment, and industry consultation while collaborating closely with physicians. Through targeted activities and therapeutic exercises, you'll help patients restore function, build strength, and return confidently to the activities they love.
