Staff Physical Therapist Locations:
Boulder, CO | Longmont, CO (Hiring 1 Physical Therapist for each location)Job Type:
Full-Time (30+ hours preferred) or Part-Time (Flexible hours under 40 hours/week)Salary:
$75,000- $95,000 per year (Guaranteed base salary, paid regardless of patient visits, cancellations, or no-shows)
Schedule:
Monday- Friday (Weekdays only).
Clinical Autonomy:
Practice using your preferred evidence-based treatment approach with the support of an experienced team.True One-on-One Care:
Every patient receives dedicated one-on-one treatment sessions. No PT aides or assistants are used.Flexible Scheduling:
Build a schedule that works for your lifestyle, including options such as four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, with flexibility to adjust as needed (up to 11 hours per day).Stable Compensation:
Receive a reliable salary that is not affected by patient cancellations or no-shows. Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy focused on orthopedics and sports medicine.
- Manage an average caseload of approximately 15 patients per day during a standard 8-hour workday, including a 30-minute lunch break.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and provide individualized follow-up treatment sessions.

- 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with backgrounds in athletic training or massage therapy are welcome.
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, an active Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado.
- Strong communication skills, independence, teamwork, and a patient-first approach are essential.
Pay:
$75,000.00- $95,000.
