Are you a Physical Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat, and low-key environment? We are representing a family-owned, PT-owned practice that values clinical autonomy over corporate red tape. We are looking for a dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our teams in Boulder and Longmont, Colorado, where you can truly focus on what matters most: your patients.
Salary:
$75,000 $95,000 per year. Monday - Friday Off Weekends PTO and 401K Call for phone screen to be considered Chris at 281-817-4329

Key Details & Setting:
Setting:
Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
Caseload:
Approximately 15 patients per day.
Hours:
MondayFriday (No weekends!). Clinic hours are flexible between 7 AM and 6 PM.
Requirements:
12 years of experience preferred, particularly in outpatient ortho. New graduates with a strong background in athletic training or massage therapy will be considered. A self-driven, collaborative, and patient-first mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$75,000 $95,000 per year.
Benefits:
Health insurance (50% employer paid), 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year, separate paid sick and vacation time, and CEU/tuition benefits.
