Job Description

First Steps Pediatric Therapy offers pediatric occupational and physical therapies. We have a home care division that services the Denver metro area as well as offering clinic-based services at our First Steps Clinic in Centennial. The First Steps team values making connections as well as helping and serving our community. We aim for continual personal growth, education, and inventive ways to work towards helping children and families advance and create and provide tools to succeed in their lives. We celebrate the uniqueness of every child, every family, and every provider. You will provide direct physical therapy services to children in private homes, at the clinic, and/or via telemedicine, based on company and family needs. We are growing, and you have the opportunity to grow your caseload and create a schedule that works for you.

Loves to play Is adventurous and flexible Connects easily with others Is passionate about helping and motivating patients Enjoys frequent breaks to travel between homes Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Is independent and organized Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making abilities Has knowledge of physical therapy principles, concepts, and methodologies Develops and maintains rapport with patients and family members
Qualifications:
Must have Colorado PT or PTA License Must have active CPR Certification (to be completed before seeing patients) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

Salary of $78k - $94k is based on hourly wages of $60-$65 with an average of 25-28 treatment hours per week. Providers are welcome to work more or less than this.
