Work Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
Qualifications Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy State license must have a Colorado license 2 years work experience in geriatric care (preferably SNF ) Experience with NetHealth One year of experience as a PT Telehealth experience preferred Share job details to
