Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting strongly preferred Familiarity with comprehensive patient evaluation and evidence-based treatment planning Ability to coach and mentor students as part of a collaborative care team Dedication to maintaining ethical and regulatory standards, including confidentiality and compliance
Core Responsibilities:
Complete thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students, fostering a positive learning environment Ensure seamless documentation, goal setting, and communication in compliance with clinic policies and federal/state guidelines Promote a culture of safety through best practices, adherence to policies, and active hazard reporting Participate in ongoing professional development and organizational quality initiatives
