As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities. You will develop personalized patient care plans focused on pain relief, restoring function, and promoting healing.Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting Developing individualized treatment plans Maintaining compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements Providing direct supervision and communication with Physical Therapy Assistants and Clinical Directors Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Collaborating with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care A full job description is available upon request.
