lamar , CO Gross pay : $2800 /week for 36 hours Total Hourly pay : $70/hr Breakdown w2 rate :$39 /hr( Taxable ) Per diem :$1240 /week (Non Taxable)
Shift :
8:00 am - 5:00 pm 40 guaranteed hours 13 weeks contract Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Develop personalized care plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, and modalities suited to each patient's needs. Implement physiotherapy interventions across various settings including hospitals (acute care), clinics (outpatient), home health visits, and community programs. Manage discharge planning processes by coordinating with medical teams to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care. Document patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed records of treatment sessions and outcomes. Provide specialized care for diverse populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and patients requiring rehabilitation after surgery or injury. Educate patients and caregivers on physiotherapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and health maintenance to support long-term recovery. Experience Proven experience working in inpatient hospital environments with a strong understanding of acute care protocols and medical terminology. Demonstrated success in outpatient clinics or home & community care settings delivering effective physiotherapy services. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management purposes. Hands-on experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, trigger point therapy, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports-related injuries is highly desirable. Strong foundation in physiology and anatomy to accurately assess and treat complex conditions.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
