JOB DETAILS
This position is situated in Monument, Colorado, a town rich with natural beauty and a friendly community atmosphere. You'll love the blend of suburban tranquility and accessibility to outdoor adventures. Select Physical Therapy provides a supportive and collaborative work environment where professional growth is encouraged. As part of one of the largest outpatient rehabilitation networks, our facility is committed to providing exceptional patient care. The typical day involves working with a varied caseload, offering ample opportunities for specialization. Patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and facilitating recovery are key responsibilities. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility with the latest equipment, ensuring top-notch patient outcomes. Shifts are generally from Monday to Friday, allowing for work-life balance.
REQUIREMENTS
Physical Therapist, Outpatient Licenses:
PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications:
BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required DOB Required References:
1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Travel experience is preferred 60 min Eval + Treatment
