What We Offer Salary:
$84,000 to $120,000/year or
Pay-per-Billed-Hour:
$70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour Compensation flexibility: Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $10,000 Performance-based incentives up to $9,000 annually Full benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and tenure-based PTO Life and disability insurance Student loan repayment assistance program Employee referral program What You'll Need Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain BLS/CPR certification Pediatric experience preferred, new grads welcome!
