Job Description

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, enhancing their mobility, strength, and independence.
Key duties include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' physical abilities. Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans. Providing interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training. Monitoring progress and adjusting treatments accordingly. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Educating residents and families on therapy goals and strategies. Documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with standards. Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include:
Doctorate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid Physical Therapist license in the state. Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered approach. Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
