Position Overview Go Lift Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Windsor, Colorado. Work Environment The practice is located in Windsor, a vibrant town in Northern Colorado, known for its friendly community and beautiful landscapes. Our outpatient office provides a welcoming and functional space designed for optimal patient care. With a low patient volume, each therapist can concentrate on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services without the pressure of overwhelming caseloads. On a typical day, you can expect to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a stable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and needs. Develop goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques. Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate recovery. Monitor and document patient progress regularly using WebPT or equivalent software, ensuring all documentation meets state and federal standards. Engage patients in their rehabilitation process, providing education and motivation to enhance participation and outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and streamline rehabilitation services. Stay updated on industry developments through participation in professional education and training opportunities. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with diverse patients seeking rehabilitation services after surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Your work will focus on helping clients regain mobility, improve strength, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will build rapport with patients, guiding them through tailored programs that address their specific rehabilitation goals. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required for this position. The ideal candidate must possess a current Colorado Physical Therapy License or be eligible for licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice. Exceptional clinical reasoning skills and proficiency in manual therapy techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with patients and team members. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with advanced degrees such as a Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) will be prioritized. Experience in outpatient settings and specific training in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation will be advantageous. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and patient management systems such as WebPT is also preferred. Compensation and Benefits Go Lift Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
