Work Environment The position is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility in Windsor, which is designed to create a welcoming and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff. Our clinic features advanced therapy equipment, spacious treatment rooms, and an atmosphere that fosters teamwork and professional growth. As part of our clinic, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations. Utilize assessment tools to identify goals for rehabilitation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with referring physicians and other healthcare providers, taking into consideration each patient's specific conditions and treatment goals. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care. Document all patient interactions meticulously and maintain accurate records in accordance with clinic policies, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible for the healthcare team. Communicate regularly with team members regarding patient progress and collaboratively address any challenges in the treatment process. Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, providing support, education, and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey. Patient Population / Client Focus At Full Range Physical Therapy, we primarily serve a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, workplace injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our multidisciplinary approach allows for customized care that not only accelerates recovery but also enhances patient satisfaction and outcomes. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt treatments based on individual responses and needs. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is preferred. Current active or eligible license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork. Preferred Experience Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
