Key Responsibilities Conduct initial patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations, creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to promote healing and restore functional mobility in patients. Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient treatments, outcomes, and communication with healthcare providers in compliance with clinic policies and regulations. Lead and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring high standards of patient care and adherence to state licensing regulations. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and develop cohesive strategies for patient care. Engage with patients and their families to provide education on treatment protocols and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery. Patient Population / Client Focus Our practice focuses primarily on orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, including athletes, seniors, and individuals with mobility challenges. The primary goal is to empower these individuals through rehabilitation, allowing them to achieve their functional and recreational goals while promoting wellness in their everyday lives. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Colorado Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one. At least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on patient rapport and teamwork. A solid understanding of evidence-based practice and a strong commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care. Preferred Experience Experience using WebPT EMR or similar electronic medical record systems. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and assessment techniques. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 , based on relevant experience.
