Position Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team located in Windsor, Colorado. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment that emphasizes comprehensive patient care in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. You will collaborate closely with other physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) to enhance patient recovery and functional outcomes. Work Environment The rehabilitation facility in Windsor is a vibrant workplace that operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our clinic provides a strong foundation for patient-focused care, equipped with the latest rehabilitation tools and technology. The onsite workspace allows for direct interactions with patients, enabling therapists to monitor progress closely and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and limitations, creating individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs. Design and implement progressive exercise programs utilizing a variety of therapies and equipment tailored to restore mobility and strength. Work collaboratively in a team setting to coordinate patient care, consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary. Utilize both manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to promote healing and recovery. Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care. Document all patient interactions and progress accurately within our healthcare management systems to ensure compliance and facilitate communication within the team. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with industry best practices and advancements in rehabilitation therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus This role focuses primarily on supporting patients with orthopedic injuries, including those recovering from surgeries, trauma, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. You will work with diverse age groups-adolescents, adults, and seniors-tailoring your approach to meet the developmental, psychosocial, and educational needs of each individual. Understanding the environmental factors that affect your patients will be critical in formulating effective treatment plans. Qualifications A valid Colorado State Physical Therapy License is required. Possession of a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is essential. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy is necessary. Preferred Experience Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting is a plus, enhancing collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Familiarity with therapeutic exercise techniques related to upper extremity and hand dysfunction is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from
USD 90,000
to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
