We specialize in a personalized, 1:1 model of care with a strong emphasis on strength training, pain prevention, and empowering our clients to stay active for life. Our clinic culture is supportive, family owned, and designed for therapists who want the time and space to truly connect with their clients. What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut. Dry Needling Certified (required). 2+ year of outpatient orthopedic/sports clinical experience. Availability to work at least two evenings per week and two mornings Ability to split time between Avon (most days) and Bloomfield (one day). A therapist who values autonomy, online coaching, creativity, and personalized care over high-volume, insurance-driven models. What We Offer 1:1 treatment sessions (no double booking...ever).
