  • 52/Hour We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility team.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping residents improve mobility, maximize function, and enhance quality of life.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence Collaborate with PTA staff and the interdisciplinary care team Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation
