EDUCATION:

Bachelor Degree/DPT in Physical Therapy

EXPERIENCE

New grads to five years or more of out-patient experience and continuing education in the orthopedic and musculoskeletal areas.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE

License to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Connecticut or Eligible to Apply for CT License Team Rehab, a well-established outpatient physical therapy practice operating for over 30 years in Danbury, CT, is seeking physical therapists, PTAs, and Occupational Therapists to meet our growing needs. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and health maintenance. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, including discharge planning. Collaborate with healthcare teams in outpatient settings to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
