Role:
Join PT Plus as a Physical Therapist and make a meaningful impact on your patients! We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and improve mobility. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercises. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Connecticut. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
